Concerns about privacy and anonymity online are becoming more and more prevalent. Whisper provides a platform to share secrets in a format very similar to PostSecret.
Creating a "whisper" is easy: type your message, place it on the screen, and select one of Whisper's many images to set as a background. Whispers are divided by tags, categories, and geolocation.
The "popular" section makes for some juicy reading, but unfortunately users clutter other parts of the app with personal ads.
